One Day Olympic Weightlifting Seminar with Niko Gergov

A chance to work with Niko Gergov(Competed internationally + head of weightlifting at CrossFit Glasgow). This seminar is a perfect opportunity to dial in your lifts with an extraordinary coach with a fresh perspective and try to nail down some of those elusive technical fixes under a trained eye, maybe even hit a sneaky PR!
The day will look like:
0930 - 1200 Snatch Session (2.5hrs)
1200 - 1300 Lunch break/rest
1300 - 1530 Clean and Jerk Session (2.5hrs)
Each session will include both a technical breakdown and a lifting component, allowing participants to apply what they’ve learned in a practical setting. There will be a short break between the technical and lifting segments. The lunch break is designed to give everyone a solid hour to eat, grab a coffee, and recharge before the second session.
Suitable for all levels you just need to be keen to learn and improve
October Parkour Camp
8-16 years, 3 day camp

A 5 hour per day, 3 day Parkour camp with the team from Access Parkour in Edinburgh who are bringing coaches and kit up. Based at CrossFit Cairngorm for children from 8-16yrs. Running from 11am-4pm each day Please make sure that your child has a water bottle, and packed lunch with them.
The latter half of the day will be spent outdoors so please ensure your child is wearing suitable clothing for the weather. This includes a jacket and layers if the weather is cold and wet, and sunscreen and light loose clothing if the weather is warm. Footwear should be trainers. Suitable for beginners.
2 day mini camp Introduction to parkour for 5-7 year olds

Our 5-7s mini camp is designed for children and run indoors on our purpose built scaffolding. A perfect introduction to Parkour for bouncy children who need to learn how to run, jump and play safely in hard environments. This mini camp will focus on playing games, solving puzzles and learning how to move. Suitable for beginners.
