What is Yin Yang Yoga?
Yang is the heat, it’s the gentle flow we begin the class with to build heat through the body. Much like your typical vinyasa class.
Yin is soft, drawn from Taoist yoga, we hold long meditative postures to a comfortable edge to stimulate the connective tissue, helping to lengthen, strengthen and increase the mobility of these tissues.
It is a practice which helps you to slow down, observe and build a deeper awareness of your body and thoughts. Combined Yang and Yin create a powerful, mindful practice that helps you to slow down and recharge.
Open to all levels, no previous yoga experience is necessary.

We are delighted to now have a weekly Sunday Yoga class at CrossFit Cairngorm.
Unwind and slow down at the of the week with a gentle flow that helps the body recover and the mind quieten for the start of a new week.
Open to all levels, no previous yoga experience is necessary.
